Vivid Icon designs packaging and product systems for businesses launching, growing and extending ranges across food, FMCG, beauty and consumer markets. From visual identity and range architecture through to dielines, production artwork and digital presentation, every pack is designed to work beyond the mockup.

Brand · Range · Pack · Production
A strong pack makes the product easier to recognise, understand and choose. It also has to carry accurate information, scale across variants and move reliably into print or manufacture.
Selected packaging work
One project per client, selected to show distinct packaging challenges: controlled beauty presentation, flavour-led snack ranges, frozen and canned foods, ready-to-eat products, labels and multi-SKU systems.

Every category is approached as a communication and production challenge—not a decorative exercise.
Frozen, canned, ready-to-eat, snack and specialty food presentation.
Controlled product hierarchy, refined typography and digital continuity.
Jar, bottle and container labels built around legibility and production needs.
Pouches, wrappers and range systems for growing product families.
Structured information, brand presence and print-ready panel design.
Master-brand consistency with clear flavour, variant and size navigation.
Product imagery and digital assets that keep the pack effective online.
Dielines, technical zones, colour setup, final PDFs and supplier handover.
Range architecture
Product families need a stable master brand and enough difference for each flavour, format or variant to be found quickly. Colour architecture, typography, information hierarchy and repeatable layout rules allow the range to grow without becoming fragmented.

Design + production
A convincing mockup is only one stage. Final packaging artwork must respect the supplied structure, technical zones and printing method. Vivid Icon prepares artwork for the agreed supplier process and can coordinate practical handover requirements where included.

A practical process
The exact engagement is shaped around the product, existing brand, number of SKUs and production requirements.
Audience, positioning, competition, pack format and product-range needs.
Brand hierarchy, typography, colour and information structure.
Master pack followed by the agreed product, flavour or size variations.
Dielines, artwork, technical checks, colour setup and supplier handover.
Ecommerce, launch imagery and digital product presentation where required.
Different starting points
Packaging projects do not all begin at the same stage. Scope can focus on a new brand, an established product or the practical management of an expanding family.
Naming and brand direction, identity, packaging, initial range and digital presentation.
Packaging redesign, stronger hierarchy, range consistency and production cleanup without discarding useful recognition.
New SKUs, flavour extensions, updated artwork and practical packaging-family management.
Packaging + ecommerce
Products now need to communicate on shelf, in product photography, in online stores, on mobile and across launch campaigns. Aliya Skin and Uppers show how packaging can remain recognisable while becoming part of a wider digital brand experience. Uppers’ ecommerce development remains part of the broader engagement and is described without overstating its current rollout.
Product brands in Aotearoa often speak to audiences shaped by different cultures, food traditions and buying behaviours. Vivid Icon brings extensive experience across Pacific, migrant and mainstream New Zealand markets while treating each project as its own audience challenge.
