Brand · Structure · Experience

The website is where the brand has to work.

A good-looking homepage is not enough. Customers need to understand what the business offers, trust what they see and know what to do next. We connect positioning, page architecture, visual craft and responsive behaviour so the whole experience feels intentional.

You may be launching your first proper website or replacing one you have outgrown. The scale changes, but the goal is the same: make the business clear, credible and easy to engage with.

Brand + website

One visual language, from identity to interface.

Designing a new brand and website together reduces handover gaps, creates clearer content hierarchy and keeps the customer experience consistent. Existing brands benefit from the same discipline: type, colour, imagery and interface components should feel like one system.

Structure & UX

Every page should help the customer know what to do next.

We plan page structure, service hierarchy, headlines, calls to action, image requirements, proof and trust signals before visual design. Full copywriting can be scoped separately.

Information architecture

Pages and navigation organised around audience priorities.

Interface design

Typography, layout and components that express the brand.

Responsive behaviour

Content and actions remain clear across screen sizes.

Trust

Real work, credentials, people and contact details.

Practical implementation

WordPress where it suits the project—not as the creative idea.

WordPress can provide a familiar, maintainable content system. Editable areas, plugins, licences and training are defined by scope. Ownership, handover, hosting and ongoing maintenance are documented, and client domains should remain under client control where practical.

Hosting & support

Hosting, SSL, backups, updates, content changes and additional pages can be scoped. Annual costs and conditions are confirmed rather than described as unlimited.

Imagery

We can art-direct supplied photography and prepare, crop, retouch or composite images. Professional photography is not implied unless specifically included.

Website redesign

Your business changed. Did the website?

A redesign can address outdated design, poor mobile experience, difficult editing, confusing navigation, missing proof or obsolete content.

Migration foundations

  • Preserve useful URLs where practical
  • Map redirects for changed pages
  • Review metadata and canonicals
  • Verify sitemap and indexing
  • Test forms and analytics

These steps reduce migration risk, but ranking fluctuations cannot be guaranteed away.

A practical process

From context to production launch.

The depth flexes to the project.

02

03

05

Populate, test and refine.

06

Domain, redirects and indexing checks.

Connected services

Digital is stronger when the surrounding brand is coherent.

Product brands may need packaging and ecommerce planned together. New businesses may need identity and website development from one team.

Frequently asked questions

Practical answers before the project starts.

How much does a business website cost?

Cost depends on page count, content, integrations, ecommerce, migration and custom design.

Do you use WordPress?

Yes, where it suits the project. It supports the experience; it does not define the design.

Can we update the website ourselves?

Editable areas can be planned into the agreed scope.

Do we own the website?

Ownership, licences, hosting and handover are documented in the agreement.

Can you redesign our site without losing SEO?

We plan URL preservation, redirects, metadata and sitemap checks to reduce risk, but rankings cannot be guaranteed.

Do you provide hosting?

Hosting, SSL, updates, backups and support can be scoped with clear annual costs.

Can you build ecommerce?

Yes. View Ecommerce Website Design.

Do you write the content?

We can help with structure, editing and messaging refinement. Full copywriting is separate unless included.
