Project scope
Project scope, deliverables, timelines and costs are confirmed before work begins. Changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote.
Approvals and production
Clients are responsible for checking spelling, details, dimensions and content before final approval. Production begins after approval of final artwork or website content.
Payment
Deposits, progress payments and final balances are agreed per project. Final artwork, launch files or production handover may depend on payment status.
Ownership
Final approved design assets are supplied for the agreed use once payment is complete. Working files, concepts and unused directions remain the property of Vivid Icon unless agreed otherwise.
