1. Introduction

Welcome to Vivid Icon. By commissioning our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all clients, visitors, and others who wish to access or use our service.

 

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All works created by Vivid Icon are the intellectual property of the studio until full payment has been received, after which the client will hold the rights as specified in the Service Agreement.

 

3. Services

Vivid Icon agrees to provide creative design services as agreed upon in the Service Agreement. The scope of services shall be adhered to as outlined in the agreed-upon project proposal or brief.

 

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be defined in the Service Agreement. Generally, a deposit is required to commence work, with the balance due upon completion of the project. Late payments may incur additional charges.

 

5. Revisions and Approvals

The number of revisions shall be limited as specified in the Service Agreement. Additional revisions beyond this may be subject to additional fees. The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all final drafts before publication.

 

6. Cancellation Policy

Should the client wish to cancel the services, any deposit paid may be non-refundable. Cancellation must be made in writing and may be subject to a cancellation fee as detailed in the Service Agreement.

 

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, business practices, client lists, and project details.

 

8. Liability

Vivid Icon will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with the performance of services or use of the created works.

 

9. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify Vivid Icon from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from the use of the work not in accordance with the Service Agreement or as a result of the client's specific instructions.

 

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through mediation, and if necessary, legally through the courts of [Jurisdiction].
